Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with LandedCV ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
LandedCV offers three service tiers:
All tiers include unlimited revisions for 48 hours after delivery and delivery in both PDF and Word (.docx) formats.
Service descriptions on our website are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, but any change will not affect Orders already placed and confirmed.
An Order is created when you complete the checkout process and receive a payment confirmation. By placing an Order you confirm that:
We reserve the right to decline or cancel Orders at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
We target a 6-hour turnaround, subject to the following schedule:
Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to exceptional demand, incomplete or unclear information provided, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if a delay is expected.
Deliverables are made available via your secure client dashboard and delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
All packages include unlimited revisions for 48 hours following delivery of your Deliverables. Revision requests must:
Revision turnaround is within 24 hours of each request. Once you approve your Deliverables or the 48-hour window expires (whichever comes first), the Order is considered complete. Additional revisions after this point may be available at an agreed cost.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit and debit cards processed securely by Stripe. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
By providing your payment details you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout. Your card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
In the event of a failed or disputed payment we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is resolved.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Upon receipt of full payment and your approval of the Deliverables, full ownership and copyright of your CV and associated documents transfers to you. You may use, reproduce, and modify the Deliverables freely.
We may retain anonymised examples of our work for internal quality and training purposes only. We will never share identifiable client documents or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our website content, brand, and templates remain the intellectual property of LandedCV.
We provide professional CV writing services to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee that use of our Deliverables will result in employment, an interview invitation, or any other specific outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your Order shall not exceed the amount paid for that Order.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of earnings or employment opportunity, howsoever caused.
We collect and process your personal data as necessary to fulfil your Order, communicate with you about it, and improve our service. This includes your name, email address, employment history, and any other information you provide during the intake process.
Your data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g. payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Resend).
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@landedcv.co.uk. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
